SimplePrep is installed as a printer-driver. To use SimplePrep, your customer simply opens his application and prints to the "SimplePrep PDF" printer. SimplePrep converts the original Microsoft document into a PDF file right on your customer's desktop then uploads the PDF directly from your customer's desktop to his account on your Printers Website.

SimplePrep produces press-ready PDF files from Microsoft Office applications with the following problems fixed:
- All fonts subset embedded
- All images converted from RGB to CMYK via high-quality ICC profile
- All 100% black vector text and lines placed onto the black (K) separation
